A fantastic negotiator on behalf of clients. Negotiated an amazing deal to buy our house going to 11:00 PM at night to clinch the deal! Above and beyond expertise in doing a sell/buy concurrently. Always supportive and kind while being firm when needed with client. Lots of fun with great sense of humor to help the client through very stressful time. Rise Real Estate was great!  Christina was able to sell my father's house for more money than we anticipated.
